The following information may be required by Movistar when contacting customer services:


    * Movistar bill (if available) or a recent utility (electricity) bill


    * NIE or passport number


    * Bank account details


    * A Spanish Mobile number for yourself, or of a friend, an agent or a neighbour who can get the message to you


Phone Line Faults:

Telefonica Movistar has a Spanish website and customer service department with English speaking staff and you can contact Telefonica Movistar Customer Services and request English speaking for all Fixed Line Broadband Movistar Services Free by calling 1004 in Spain


Upgrading Services:

In case you want to add additional services you have to call the customer service.line on 1004 in Spain from your connected Movistar landline


Cancellation of Services:
You need to cancel Movistar Services (dar la linea de baja) 15 days in advance, please plan ahead and also cancel your Movistar direct debit.
